According to the latest reports, while the result preparation is largely complete, the final declaration has been stalled because the J&K Board of School Education (JKBOSE) is currently functioning without a Chairman.
Why are the JKBOSE Results 2025 Delayed?

Officials within the Board had indicated that they were technically ready to declare the Class 10th result as early as January 6 or 7, 2026. However, due to the lack of leadership to sign off on the gazette, this date is now uncertain.

The uncertainty is expected to be resolved soon. As per recent government sources, the proposal to appoint Prof. Wahid Makhdoomi as the new Chairman has already been cleared by Lok Bhavan.
